  • This experience includes hiking and time on uneven terrain. Begin preparing your body with light, consistent movement:

  • Do not bring brand-new gear into the woods.

    • Break in hiking boots

    • Wear your pack on a few walks

    • Test headlamp, water bottles, and layers

    • Make sure rain gear fits and functions

  • Bring only what you need. The goal is presence, not excess.

    • Use the provided packing guide

    • Label personal items

    • Plan for weather changes

    • Pack light snacks you know your body tolerates

  • We gather as a group, review safety and intentions, then intentionally leave the noise of daily life behind. This marks the transition from routine into the Circle.
